Woodmart Header Builder blank

Hi there. We have imported base demo content then spent many days building our site. Now the Woodmart Header Builder blank is blank and we cannot edit it. Can you please advise how to fix or ask for login details to fix for us please.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, update the theme and required plugins to the latest versions.
