WoodMart header builder doesn't appear the headers built anymore

I don’t know why but I can’t see the listo fo the headers in your WoodMart header builder.
I’d like to not see the categories in the header shop page.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please make sure you have installed and activated all the necessary plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins.

If it does not help, disable all the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme if you use the child theme and check again, if the problem remains, please provide your site admin access.
