Woodmart header builder not working

Hi,
I’m using your Woodmart Premium Theme, but lately I’ve noticed that the header builder is blank, I can’t customize my website headers anymore.
Please are you able to be of any assistance to this issue?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Sorry I’m not knowledgeable about website development, the developer is on vacation for the time being. I’m sharing these admin login details. Will you be able to deactivate all plugins not related to the theme in order to resolve the issue?

I have deactivated the plugins and now the Header Builder works. You will find the list of deactivated plugins in “Recently deactivated”
