support-4316ParticipantHi,
I have just installed the Woodmart theme and no other content added yet. Meaning, the images on the current site is from the pre-build template. However, I’m getting an “F” in GTmetrix. Here’s the result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/temp.thatsentertaining.co.uk/GVlPBLDA/
What could be the issue? I have installed image optimization plugin and optimized them already but since you mentioned that all images in the template is optimized already then performance shouldn’t be a problem.
Can you help please?
Thanks!June 12, 2023 at 5:26 pm #474383
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Yes, please disconnect the “W3 Total Cache” and confirm the permission for switching to the parent/default. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I apologize for the delay.
In general, without cache and third-party plugins the website loads well: https://take.ms/GvmiK
Additionally, you can optimize JS files: https://take.ms/0zJGc . Also, there is a JS file from Slider Revolution that shouldn’t be loaded: https://take.ms/QiFs3
Please follow all the steps in our article for better performance:

support-4316ParticipantHi thanks for checking but in your response but I have few questions
1. Why is the JS file from Slider Revolution is loaded? I only installed the theme. Shouldn’t it be automatically unloaded?
2. I have already follow the instructions here but there are other settings that is not in this THEME. For example, in STEP 2, no 1 and no 6 isn’t in the theme’s settings
3. WP rocket plugin has no Free installation anymore. What’s your other suggestion for this to work? And for my main question, which wasn’t answered… Why is this theme shows “F” if it’s a default installation?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Because these files come from Slider Revolution and we cannot exclude them by default, in our article we described how to exclude them. https://take.ms/yjn7s
2. The 1 point is enabled by default in the latest versions of the theme. The 6 point is related to the element itself, and it is still available in its settings: https://take.ms/RDJqu
3. You can try the LiteSpeed cache plugin. In general, we recommend using the WP Rocket as it is most compatible with the theme.
4. In our article we mentioned that our dummy content is created in order to help you to start working with your website faster and understand how everything is built and configured. But it is not optimized for the best performance since it contains a lot of images, pages, posts and products.
Kind Regards
