Woodmart Issue to log in

Hi,

I recently bought a Woodmart Licence (see private content) and created a new account for Woodmart Support forum but I just cannot log in to my other account. What should I do?

Can you please help me to fix this?

I get no error. I just can’t log in… I have changed the password but I can’t log in and create a topic.

Try to clear your browser cache and cookies and check again. Also, try to do this in the private window and see how it works.

I have cleared the cache and cookies, opened the link in a private window, still no luck.
I opened the link with another browser. It worked but there I can’t create a new topic. I can reply to the first topic I created but not create a new one.

Very strange, could you please send us your account login and password via the private content field?
