Woodmart – login widget – sidebar not working

Hi

i’m having problem since start when user press on sidebar to login and enter correct account details
and press login it redirects to login page instead of login in..on login page its working it logs users directly won’t when they try to login using sidebar login its not working..i need help with it..i recorder video to prove you

After updating everything i could and do some more testing with login sidebar best i got is when they login they have to do additional page refresh..how to avoid it..i want them to be logged instantly without additional manual page refresh to show them that they are logged in

PS: Slider Revolution on dashboard is not latest version

sure, but keep in mind that i need all the plugins because they are required for my site to work properly (each plugin have his function) but you can try temporarily deactivating (just don’t update plugins like live chat plugin since its manually re-coded, updating would remove edit, custom work)

but you can for sure deactive any plugin for testing…let me know when you find solution how to fix it, i’m having that problem since start

Login sidebar is very important i have to resolve this before opening site officialy..so i hope that you will help me to resolve it (its theme login)

It caused by CookieYes | GDPR pristanak na kolačiće plugin, I disabled it and it worked again.

(its crucial for my site, everything has to be fully translated to our “croatian” language” currently everything is translatable with loco translate but those words are not, how to translate them?)

Thank you..i tested 6 different addons for cookies and always when cookie plugin is enabled it won’t login from sidebar..i contacted developers of addon all of them said to contact theme developers..so how to make theme compatible with cookie plugin?

currently using Compilanz GDPR cookie plugin..you have access to wordpress admin section, can you make it to work? i tried with other themes its working which means its up to this theme and i can’t succeed to make it work and its quite crucial for my site to make it work..because then sidebar not having any function, can you please help me to make it work?

I guess ALL cookie addons blocking script that is used for sidebar login and complianz addon have whitelist option but i don’t know where i can find path of script for side bar..i provide you login details, i beg you can you please fix it (can you whitelist that woodmart sidebar – login script, there is option in complianz but i can’t locate the script) (i don’t know if that is the issue but from what i’ve heard it might be)

since you know which script is used for side-bar login and the path can you please whitelist it? i can’t use theme if sidebar login is not working and cookie addon is required by GDPR because i’m from europe and its required i can’t run site without cookie addon

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

But like i said, cookies banner with advanced consent (ability to decline and show all cokies in europe is required) and i tried 6 different addons for cookies none of them was fully compatible with theme..always side bar is blocked and i contacted all of those authors and all of them said contact theme support

i can’t remove cookie banner addon because then i would break the law and my site would be shut down and i would have to pay money because breaking the GDPR..so i have to keep the addon but i have to make theme compatible..if i have to i will pay you more money just please help me to make this work..i tested with other themes and its working correctly just not with woodmart and i really want to use woodmart because i was working on it for more then month…cookie plugin is not any plugin its addon that every site owner must have on their site if they are working in europe..so its not like i’m asking for support with some random plugin that can be avoided, this plugin can’t be avoided its crucial for site..i can’t work without that plugin because of the law…so please help me to resolve the issue i will pay you additional money..

at least tell me what script is used for login sidebar (url path) so i can whitelist it so cookie addon don’t block it
