Hi, i have few questions i hope you will be able to help me

1. How to fix issue when zoom on site (when someone zoom white line appears – You can see it on video)
Some older people like to zoom their browsers and if they zoom the white line appears i tested on 5 browsers

2. When i login as administrator it allows me to edit pages but when i press Compare or i go home it doesn’t allow me to edit, the editor dissapears..when i open all other pages its normal but not on “Compare” and not on “home-page” then it kind of logs me out from editor, i want to be able to use editor on all pages directly i don’t want editor to disappear or to log me out when i press on home logo (You can see it on video)

3. How to edit buttons and area with on Single product page i’m talking about “compare and add wishlist” when you are on phone its not compact like on PC, the line is broken like you can see on video i tried editing with elementor but i can’t edit those two neither button position for add to card or buy now (you can see it on video)

4. CookiesYes requires me to add ScriptURL for Woodmart i don’t know what i should add (you can see issue on Video)
On what Category i should add it? and what ScriptURL i should use?

I added page Shop to Navbar but i don’t know how to add icon in front of it
can you please explain me how to add icon in front of Shop and what size should image(icon) be and file type
[example: 18×18 .ico or something .jpg? or .png?]

Hello,

01. This is a line in the image. Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Pre Footer > Edit Prefooter and change the image icons.

02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

03. Navigate to layouts > Edit Single Product Layout with Ellementor and change the position in the mobile device in the responsive settings of elementor.

04. Maybe you are using the third party plugin for cookies. Please check the plugin documentation for hel.

05. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit Menu > Expand Menu item and upload the menu item icon.

Thanks for trying to help but i didn’t succced

1. Pre-footer is empty..nothing there to be able to change white line that appears when i zoom on browser, here is image of pre-footer (its empty) there is nothing that i can edit..please check video from 1. again and here is image of pre-footer

3. When i go Layout, Elementor, Single product page [Buy now] button is not displayed so i can’t edit, everything looks normal on phone without buy now button but there is [Buy now] button on both Desktop and Phone mode its just not displaying it..how to fix to display it on elementor so i can edit it and fix the issue?
Here is image of proof that [Buy now] is not shown when using elementor editor , showing only add to cart no buy now button..but on site its displayed on both phone and desktop mode..on desktop everything is okay on phone its breaking lines like you can see in first post of this topic

4. I found it but you said what size of image and what format i should use?
like i mention for example [18×18 jpg, png, ico, ?] What size? and what format should it be?

I tried everything but issue 1, 4 and 5 are not fixed

1. (white line appears when zoom IN on most browsers like Brave, Microsoft Edge..) (how ever not shown on mozzila)
4. I’m using CookiesYes third party plugin because Theme doesn’t have option to use display cookies and rejection button, this third party plugin have but when i’m configure this addon i have to enter ScriptURL Woodmart i don’t know what i should enter also in which category i should put it (is it necessary cookie or some other category?)

5. Icon is not showing up..i added 20×20 SVG format (transparent icon) but not shown..i even flush cache and everything but its not showing up, here is proof that i added icon its loaded in panel you can see it..and i saved it but not showing on page

and about issue number 3 (it did fix the issue with additional editing, but [Buy now] button is not shown in elementor) how to fix that?

I created administrator account for you, can you login and check, can you fix issue number 1 and 5? cause its not working for me i tried it but its not working

04. For the Cookie Configuration. this issue is related to a third party plugin for which you might need to contact the respective Plugin Support because according to the Envato Policy, we don’t provide Support for the third-party Plugin issues

05. I have added the SVG Icon in the shop Menu. It is showing fine. Check back your site and check the issue.

For the buy now button. You cannot edit it in the layout, Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Buy now and configure it.

4. I contacted CookiesYes and they told me that i should contact WoodMart and ask for ScriptURL and category for cookies that theme is using, i have to use third-party-plugin since theme doesn’t have ability to customize usage of cookies and i’m from croatia (europe) there is GDPR (rule where cookies is must be shown and there must be ability to decline them and manage them, thats why i have to use third party plugin for that)

i need Script URL Pattern for “woodmart_recently_viewed_products” and name of category where it belongs

Categories are:

Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance, Advertisement..

I’m not sure that they are able to tell me what is Script URL patern and category for WoodMart cookies
also i’m not asking for support for third party plugin i’m just asking for script url patern and category name for cookies of WoodMart so i can set up cookies to be able to have e-commerce because without using cookies alert/notification site would not be legal i would breaking the basic GDPR and they can shut down my site anytime

5. How did you succeed with that, did you just uploaded SVG icon? saved and it was working right away?
Where did you get SVG icon? did you resized it to 20×20 or it was automatically resized?

6. Buy now button is editable but can i edit position of that button? or just style of button?

There is new version of WordPress is Woodmart theme fully compatible with new latest version of wordpress is it safe to update wordpress to latest version?

As for the woodmart_recently_viewed_products it is used in PHP files and not in JS scripts.

06. You can change the position with the custom css code. If you want to change button style Navigate to Theme Settings -> Styles & Colors -> Buttons. Select the “Single buy now” element from the list and configure its colors to your needs.

Yes, the Woodmart theme is fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress. It’s safe to update WordPress to the latest version.

Windows Edge is on supported browsers list and there is white line..its even shown on your video, look closer LEFT side where blue color is when you zoom on blue bar white line appears in left, its on your video too and i tested it myself

on Mozilla firefox there is no white line
on brave there is whiteline (but i get it brave is not on supported list, but Windows Edge is and there is white line too)
For me on Chrome also white line appears..hmm i don’t know what could be the cause, i tested it on 2 different pc and both have same issue but i’ll try to test it on few more other PC-s

4. I saw that and i read it all but there is nothing there that can tell me in which category i should add cookie from woodmart should it be i ncategory Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance, Advertisement.. and what should i enter for scripturl..cookiesyes is most used cookie plugin and 90% of woodmart users that are from europe are using it, so someone should know what i should do

01. We have tested your site in all supported browsers, Mac, Windows, and different devices. We found no problems and in all cases, the sections looked normal. We showed all these cases on video in the previous reply (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/woodmart-megamarket-support/#post-555018).

Stretched sections also work fine in the Edge browser, both with normal and custom zoom settings. The problem you mention is caused by the design of the content in the Edge browser. In the Edge browser, the entire content of the page is displayed in a rounded frame with borders on all sides, which is clearly visible in the Edge video (screenshots of the Edge frame https://prnt.sc/rV1rPD9fFJAg, https://prnt.sc/HaaUvvJaVlDu). This frame is part of the browser interface, and we cannot influence its appearance through the WordPress theme.

Here is an example of another site that shows the same frame of the Edge browser interface (https://prnt.sc/jvcLkaDOIjCx).

If we do not consider the presence of the Edge frame itself, the position of the stretched section remains unchanged regardless of which zoom is present, which is also visible in our Edge video.

04. This article describes every cookie used in the theme. You can categorize them on your own depending on which features you use on your website. As for script Url, we don’t know exactly what does it means. Please, clarify this information in the plugin developers

05. SVGs can be from any site and size, and they can be automatically resized.
