Hi WoodMart Support Team,

I’ve purchased WoodMart and I’m experiencing several issues on my website that need urgent attention. Here’s a summary of everything I’ve noticed:

1. **Pages Repeating in Admin Dashboard & Frontend** — Certain pages appear duplicated in the WordPress admin dashboard, and this is occasionally reflected on the frontend as well.

2. **Cart Button Not Working Consistently** — The “Add to Cart” button is intermittently unresponsive. This is happening across product pages and is affecting the shopping experience.

3. **”Buy Now” Button Reloads the Same Page** — Instead of proceeding to checkout, clicking “Buy Now” simply reloads the current page. The button does not redirect or trigger any cart/checkout action.

4. **Checkout Page Repeating** — The checkout page appears to be duplicated or looping in some way, which is causing confusion and likely preventing customers from completing orders.

5. **Intermittent 403 Errors** — The website occasionally throws 403 (Forbidden) errors. These seem to appear randomly and may be related to permission or server configuration conflicts with the theme.

6. **Very Slow Page Load Speed** — The website is loading significantly slower than expected. This is affecting the overall user experience and likely impacting conversions. I’d appreciate a review of any theme-side performance settings, unused scripts, or asset loading issues that could be contributing to this.

01, 04. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

02, 03. I have checked your website, and both the “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” buttons are working correctly.

The product is successfully added to the cart, and the Buy Now button is redirected to the checkout page.

05. A 403 error typically indicates that the server is blocking certain requests. This issue is likely related to server configuration or restrictions set by your hosting provider.

I am facing one more issue with Razorpay Magic Checkout on my WooCommerce website.

When I enable Magic Checkout, the “Buy Now” button does not appear on the product page, although the Magic Checkout button is visible in the mini cart. However, when I click the Magic Checkout button from the mini cart, I receive multiple deprecated PHP errors related to the Shiprocket WooCommerce plugin.

The errors are related to:
Shiprocket_Woocommerce_Shipping_Method::$option_key
and other dynamically created properties.

Try to disable the custom layout for the single product page in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts and test how it works. Let me know if it helps.

hey the button appears when i disable the single product layout but when i click on buy now the magic checkout loads but when the loading is complete it throws me at the checkout page same is happening on the cart page when i click on proceed to checkout… also i want to use the woodmart layouts…. for now i have kept the magic checkout enabled so please take a look at it.

It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with the page builder manually.

We have a special “Hook” element in page builder that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Hey i found the hook they use it’s “woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button”. i tried the method you said add the woocommerce hook widget and inside it use this php hook but the button is still not rendering can you please try it from your end and take a look and fix it.

If the plugin specifically uses woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button, please make sure you are using the WoodMart “Product Hook” element (not a shortcode or PHP snippet).

If it still doesn’t render, I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

hey i have this thing on website that when i am on the product page and that product is already in the cart then if i click on buy now button instead of the checkout from mini cart the same product page gets reloaded because woodmart buy now functionality try to add that product to cart and then try to checkout and it gives error because that product is already in the cart but what i want is it should check if product is in the cart then user should be able to just buy that product.

1. you can see in the mini cart i have two products and i am on the first product page now if i am clicking on the buy now button of that product page then its showing “You cannot add that amount to the cart — we have 1 in stock and you already have 1 in your cart. View cart”

2. if i am on the checkout page and i try to go back it gives me confirm form resubmission error

3. if i have multiple products in cart then if i go to a product which is not in my cart and i click on buy now the checkout page shows every product which is in my cart with the product i just clicked on buy now

i need all of this resolve asap

The behavior you described is related to the default WooCommerce cart functionality combined with the WoodMart “Buy Now” feature.

The Buy Now button attempts to add the product to the cart before redirecting to checkout. If the product has stock limitations (for example, only 1 item in stock and already present in the cart), WooCommerce prevents adding it again and displays the stock error message. This is the expected WooCommerce behavior.

02. This behavior is typically browser-related and can occur after form submissions or redirects. It is not caused directly by the theme.

03. By default, the Buy Now button redirects the customer to the checkout page (which you set in Theme settings) using the existing cart contents. It does not automatically create a separate checkout containing only the currently viewed product.

Hey can you please enable the magic checkout feature and check this issue, the magic checkout is loading correctly when i click on the buy now or the checkout from mini cart but the coupon which i have created on the backend are not showing, when the magic checkout modal opens, from the razorpay dashboard the auto fetch option is enabled i have tried everything but its not showing also sometimes it shows but sometimes it does not maybe there is something in the theme which is blocking it or conflicting an issue.
