    Hello team,

We have used the WoodMart SideBar MegaMenu on the sidebar of a few pages but it turns out it’s not clickable on mobile IF there are submenu levels involved. The desktop version works just fine, but on the mobile version nothing happens when you click on some menu item that has submenu levels.

Should you need any more information please let us know.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

It seems that you used the HTML Blocks as dropdown for the mega menu items that do not work in the mobile.

If you are trying to ask anything else then provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Thank you for your quick reply!
The HTML Blocks section is empty, what we have done here is we have simply changed the previous theme to Woodmart but didn’t import any demos (or data whatsoever).
If you go to the page:
    http://pompe.cidevconcept.com/produse-recondi/
and check the mobile version of it, on the sidebar, there are a few menus that don’t do anything when clicking onto them. (“Pompe”, “Robinete”, “Masurare si Control”, “Aplicatii” are the menus that have submenu levels and when pressed on mobile don’t open anything). However, the other two menus, “Dozare Chimicale si tratare apa” and “Sisteme si mixere” work on the mobile version and link to the correct category page as they don’t have any submenus. (subcategories added in the menus)
Please find attached the relevant Woodmart Sidebar MegaMenu captures as they appear on the mobile version. (on the page I have sent you)

Should you need additional information, please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached. In our demos all the mega menu items used HTML Blocks that are not set to be displayed for the mobile they only work for the desktop version.

You need to use the sub items in the category menu to make them visible on the product page because the HTML Blocks on hover are not set to be displayed for mobile.

If you are still confused about the working then please provide a video to understand it in a better way and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.
