Woodmart SKU Search + Filters

We are using your Woodmart Theme on many of our websites and i would like to ask about a behavior we noticed.
So the problem is that when i search an SKU on my website example: AL-B, and press the filters icon, there are no filters displayed. But when i search for “Evil Eye” and press the filters, the filters work as intended. Is that normal behavior and why am i not getting any filters on my SKU search ?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

I will make a staging site and get back to you, i cannot give you permission to do those deactivations on the live site. I ll get back to you as soon as i have the staging site up.
