Woodmart Sliders translation bug with WPML Advanced Editor

Dear,

I’m facing an annoying bug between Woodmart Sliders and WPML.

1) I create a Woodmart Slider containing 3 slides in French
2) I translated in English and Dutch via WPML => so I have 3 sliders (each containing 3 slides)

Everytime I update something on the page (outside of the slider) via WPML Advanced Editor, the English and Dutch page shows the French Woodmart slider.

Yes, it looks like a problem that needs to be fixed. We will try to find a solution in our next theme update that is going to be released in a few weeks.

We investigate this issue and see that you just need to translate your slider and slides as you always do with other post types. Don’t create three different sliders.

Actually the duplicates came from the translation by WPML Advanced Editor. It created duplicates exactly as it happens with Pages or HTML Blocks. Also, before that, I searched in the forum here and I found the answer from your colleague in the below post. It was answered that we should duplicate the sliders and add the translated slider in the translate page.

I found the screen that you showed me in your attachment. Please find in attachment the settings currently defined on my site, it’s already set to “Translatable” so I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do then? It’s already configured as you mentioned.

You need to enable SLIDER itself, not only SLIDE https://monosnap.com/file/OZvt3ZNYtSFSqbyaX8wLofs0Izd5Id
Then you will be able to translate the slider properly.
