Woodmart template – Import Ajax problem

Hi,

I have purchased the Woodmart template. I followed all the instructions from the documentations on theme installation accordingly.

While importing the base data it pauses at around 1-5% and shows an error message “Import Ajax Problem”, which affects the menus and low resolution images. Found the support thread in the forum https://xtemos.com/forums/search/import+ajax+error/ , but couldn’t find the solution.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

i have disabled all the plugins other than the required for the theme installation.
You cannot see the error now because the error shows up when you import the base data for the first time after theme installation.
Anyway the issue is not resolved as it affects the menu in the frontend https://sapthaengineers.com/. I have attached the picture.

I face same problem for the first time, But I solved >> First I removed all Menu and I add again after that Everything is okay the same Demo.

You need to create your menu in Appearance > Menu and assign it as the main menu. And the problem would be solved.
