try to install theme as electronic demo and set it properly
i face ajax error issue some many times even on different hosting and different domains

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this limit to 300 seconds.

We still see that request is broken after 120 seconds. Please, contact your hosting provider for help and increase to 5 minutes (300s).

As you mention earlier,i contact with hosting and raise a ticket for it.i mention about the timeout issue for it.

As you mention to increase the max_execution_time.hosting done with to increase the value.so please check it at your end and try to fix if there is any issue as soon as possible.

If you can’t solve this problem then it looks like our theme is not compatible with your hosting server. In this case, you can either try to use some other server or we can return your money back.

OK, they are asking about where exactly we see this timeout error. Then ask them to go to Dashboard -> Dummy content and run the import process (click on the “Import” button). Then open the “Network” tab in the Chrome developer console and monitor all AJAX requests. Some of them will be broken in 2 minutes.
