ut.mohioParticipantHello, I have tried many ways to troubleshoot the issue, such as disabling plugins one by one to identify conflicts, or installing WP Cache as suggested in many posts. However, my site is still unstable, with three distinct states: very fast, slow (up to 4 seconds), and extremely slow, sometimes nearly inaccessible.
I have tested with the default Elementor theme, and access is normal, so I am quite certain that the issue is coming from the Woodmart theme. I have attached my WP admin and hosting account details below, and I hope you can help resolve this issue for me. I’ve already spent many sleepless nights reinstalling the website, but the issue persists.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Thank you for choosing our theme. Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards

ut.mohioParticipantEverything was fine for two days until yesterday, when I deleted a few unused images, and the website started experiencing very slow loading times and showed an error saying it couldn’t be accessed. I tried everything to fix it, but it wouldn’t work, so I deleted all the data on the hosting to reinstall it. Now, Woodmart is asking for a new key. Despite the fresh setup, the website is still slow to access and occasionally inaccessible. I hope someone knows how to permanently fix this issue. I’m willing to pay extra just to be able to sleep and focus on my work, as I’ve spent nearly a month trying everything just to keep the WoodMart interface.

ut.mohioParticipantEven installing essential plugins is very difficult.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Usually, it takes a few hours to answer during working time (up to 24 hours) and 12-48 hours on weekends and holidays.
Send me access to that new website so I can investigate the issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme.
As for the key, deactivate the old domain in the setting of your account in our website, then yo will be able to use the same license code.
Kind Regards

ut.mohioParticipantThanks for the support. Do whatever, install whatever plugins you need for a stable connection and please try for 1-2 days straight to see the problem.
Thanks!October 28, 2024 at 11:51 am #608032
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please increase these server values https://take.ms/iwrEX ?
On your hosting e.g. post size is 128M but in the admin panel I see 8M so I am not sure whether it’s the right hosting or not.
I await your response.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, now I see the 500 error when checking the page – https://take.ms/FdJ0H
500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Here is an article that may help you understand the error better http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

ut.mohioParticipantThis is a new error. Temporarily ignore it; I’ve already done a complete reinstall once more. I’ll let you know if the error reappears. Now, please help me reactivate the theme. Thank you!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Checked the speed on the default Storefront theme and I see the speed around 3s – https://prnt.sc/WCW5w3Buvml5 and it’s not normal because the default theme should load around 1s, it means that your server is not stable.
I suggest you change the server or contact server support for further solutions. Let me know the result.
Kind Regards
