Woodmart Theme not updating images and text

Hi, my theme was updated over the weekend and now I cant update the main page, images and text. I have cleared and flushed cache, ctrl F5 and turned off plugins. Left it overnight and check browsers on multiple devices and no changes are being updated apart from in the browser I use to edit . Any ideas?

Front Home page is not updating at all when you check other browsers, which is my main problem., and when I add a new product its not showing unless I refresh the page (Look at the tuning category, it has 4 products and when you refresh there is 5 Products which is a new Stage 1 Tune Hyundai i30N

You can install a plugin related to “temporary access” to the admin panel and send me a temporary link to the account via the private area.

The front home page is not updating with text or images, the 3 image boxes just below the main header image wont update neither will the text – https://hyundaituning.com.au/ (SEE screen Grabs below)

After I update them and check on other browsers its still the old website, I have cleared the cache and ctrl F5 but it still shows the old website content, Thanks in advance.
