WoodMart Theme Update Issue

Hello,
I am unable to update the WoodMart theme through the WordPress admin panel. The currently installed version is 8.5.5, and the dashboard shows that a newer version is available. However, when I click the “Update Themes” button, the update process does not start and the theme is not upgraded to the latest version.
Could you please check this issue and help me update the WoodMart theme to the latest version?

Could you please also send us your FTP/SFTP or SSH access so we can troubleshoot what is wrong? The dashboard is no longer reachable after the update.

Thanks for the details.
We tried to run the update from the dashboard, but the server consistently returns an error during the process, most likely a timeout. Please update the theme manually via FTP as described in our tutorial:

We have resolved the Woodmart theme update issue. However, we are now experiencing a different problem.
When editing pages with Elementor in the WordPress admin panel, the Elementor editor loads very slowly. In some cases, it remains on the loading screen for a long time before opening the page.

To check whether this is theme-related, please test with a default theme:
1. Back up your site first.
2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) or Storefront.
3. Test the same functionality and let us know whether the issue persists.
Your WoodMart settings are preserved and will return when you switch back.
