woodmart update error

Hello,
im trying to update the woodmart theme in the latest version but I receive this error,
may i know how i can solve this please?

the error is:
Η ενημέρωση απέτυχε: Αδύνατη η εγκατάσταση του πακέτου. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

1.Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If it is not working Make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

If you need help, then provide admin panel login and ftp details.
