You need to configure the brand attributes in the edit product page.

thanks for the reply but thats not the issue i already have the brand attributes but the filter is only displaying two

Your issue has been resolved. I have “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools. Check back your site.
