Woodmart not working normally

Hi support,
I launched the new wordpress and setup woodmart but it did not work as expected.
I imported and activated the theme Organic, After activating the theme, the site hung up, and other sites on the same server also hung up.
I have to reset to default wordpress theme and everything work normal
I changed to another theme Boxed, the site works but it took 5 minutes or more to load a product page or does not load.
Our server cpu 25%, ram 20% and disk 40% are normal.

Could you please check and support my case.

1. Could you provide some screenshots or analytics of CPU usage or information on what requests uses the whole CPU on your site from your hosting provider? They should have some detailed reports.

2. Install Query Monitor and check its indicators.

As said, Our server cpu 25%, ram 20% and disk 40% are normal. WordPress theme is working normal. Now i activated your boxed theme and can view the home page but when you click the detail product you can see the problem.

I gave you admin account to look at the problem and wordpress settings so please help

Now I see a new error in the logs also caused by the server configuration. It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server.

Please, refer to your hosting provider for this log and ask why PHP file_get_contents function doesn’t work and returns a timeout error when trying to get content from this URL https://www.sapque.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/grocery-1.svg.
This file exists and it can be opened in the browser.
