WordPress Critical Error

“A critical error has occurred on your website.” and “Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I get these errors when I install the theme and required plugins, how can we solve it?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

Hello again, I don’t know how to uninstall the plugin without wordpress admin dashboard, could you tell me how to do it? (I did not install any plugins other than recommended plugins)

You can rename your plugins folders to something like __plugin-name to deactivate them temporarily. Once the problem will be fixed, you can rename them back and activate them.
If you have problems connecting to your server via FTP then you need to contact your hosting provider support for help.
