WordPress Dashboard Looks Strange

Hello,

I just purchased the theme and downloaded it onto the website.

However, my dashboard seems odd. I’m missing the products tab, I can only access it if I hover over WooCommerce.

I also noticed that when I’m logged into my account and I view my homepage the top editing bar appears different, I dont get the option to edit with elementor.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Still having issues and I tried to even disable the plugins 1-by-1.

I’m also having trouble creating products/product categories.

Any product category I create doesn’t appear when I try to add it to my menus navigation.

Please help me.

Please deactivate Jetpack and other plugins not related to the theme so that we could log in.

I’m unable to deactive the Jetpack plugin.

I don’t know how to deactivate Jetpack.

No WordPress theme stipulates the admin view of WordPress. Please disable all the plugins not related to the theme and check the view.
