WP admin access issue

Hi, team

We are using one server hosting and they have a button to access WP-admin on its dashboard.
However, when clicking the button, it gives us an error.

So we contacted the support of the server hosting.
They are saying that their wp-admin conflicts with the theme file. (please see it in secret mode)

Could you please tell me if we can disable this function and what this does?
I wonder if disabling this function affects the website.
