WP Bakery page builder

Hi,

When I try to add a template from the template library WP Bakery Page Builder, it keeps on loading, and nothing is added?
And when I push “Edit the frontpage” nothings happends.

Please advice me on this asap? Thanks

Please, use the Private content field to post your access data to hide it from other visitors.
As for the error, please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your website FTP access so we can check.

The access to ftp-server is below.

We need your FTP hostname, username and password to be able to connect. Also, test the FTP first using FileZilla to be sure that it is correct.

However I still cannot Edit the fontpage. When I push the link nothing happens. It doesn’t seems like I can add a new plugin. They is no Add new plugin link.

Hi – it’s from the Dashboard. When I would like to EDIT FRONTPAGE nothing is happening.

But we don’t see the frontpage on your website at all. Please, send us some screenshot.

I need to start designing the frontpage. When I am at the Dashboard there is a link saying

EDIT YOUR FRONTPAGE

I cannot activate that link, see file

The other pages might not look the same with header etc as the frontpage
