WP Bakery Page Builder Plugin Issues

Hello each time I active the wp bakery plugin. I have issues logging into my wordpress dashboard.
I cannot contact wp bakery for support as I didn’t buy a lisence with them but instead got there plugin from purchasing woodmart theme.
Can someone tell how I can fix this issue? Its constantly giving me too many redirect errors.
But when I disable the plugin everything is fine but my theme is not working properly without the plugin there is just lines of codes where certain elements should be.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
