WP Bakery vs element or Performance Issue

Hi,
we have 2 or 3 almost identical installations.
Unfortunately, the installation with wp bakery is much faster than the two with Elementor.
Is anything known here?
we have also gone through the best practice settings from the forum here.
Unfortunately without success.
Please help

The Elementor version seems to be broken now https://gyazo.com/c6e9d2f241a9e04abf6383c220135be9
Try to resave Theme Settings so we can test. Also, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme on both websites so we can compare them.
