WP Rocket Combine JavaScript File

When I enable this option in WP Rocket, the site loads a little weird. The menus, search area and other parts of the theme load over the website really quickly on page load and then disappear.

WP Rocket offers a place to exclude certain theme files. Are there any theme files that I should be excluding from WP Rocket Combine JavaScript?
