WP Rocket – Enable Delay JavaScript Execution

I’ve followed this guide: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/ and enabled Delay JavaScript Execution. However, when enabled the side pop out cart doesn’t initially load. It will load after adding an item to the cart. To fix this I think we need to exclude the relevant JavaScript File. Please let you let me know the JavaScript Files relating to the pop out cart?
