WPbakery builder download

Hi,

I already started a topic with some reply’s from you, but somehow I can’t reply anymore, so I start a new topic. When I download wpbakery builder from my profile page, my WordPress says the folder already exists? See screenshot.

I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that the folder for the WP-Bakery page builder already exists.

If you are still unable then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
