Hello,

When trying to update the plugin I get this message – http://prntscr.com/iuocfw

The first sentence means – “Error while updating WPBakery Page Builder”.

Hello,

Do you see any errors? What are they? Can you provide the screenshot?

Try again manually:

Navigate to Plugins and deactivate the current plugin, you will see “Delete option”, delete the current plugin

1. Upload the recent version of the theme from Themeforest account.

2. Upload the plugin archive from theme/inc/plugins/js_composer via Plugin > Add new > Upload > install > activate

Make sure your archive contains only plugins files not other archives with the plugin.
