WPBakery Page Builder – activation

Good afternoon. In your theme description it says “WPBakery Page Builder included”. However, a message from WordPress asks me to activate it. How to do it?

Please navigate to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins and update or install the WPBackery plugin there.
