WPBakery plugins update problem

An error occurred while updating WPBakery Plugins on my website. I am attaching a picture of the problem I saw.

I saw the screenshot you attached. This issue occurs because the premium plugins don’t update until you activate the plugin.

So you need to update the plugin manually.

Kindly deactivate the Wp-Bakery plugin. Then download the latest version on the Wp-Bakery Page builder from the forum profile and install it.

If you are unable to install from Dashboard then try installing using FTP/Cpanel.

If you find any difficulties updating the plugin then provide admin panel login with FTP details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
