WPBakery Video background low quality

Hi, in WPbakery Page builder, the Youtube Video background is in low quality compared to the video in YT.
i understand this is probably to allow for performance.
can the video quality be controlled ? if so where from.
if not, what work around do i have ?

Unfortunately, our theme does not influence the quality of the WP Bakery page builder video. Check another youtube video to detect it is problem in Video element or in the video itself.
