mahihstu2017ParticipantDear Woomart Theme Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I’ve encountered after installing and customizing the WPML plugin on my website, which uses the Woomart theme.
Specifically, I’ve noticed that the shop page, cart page, checkout page, product page, and other WooCommerce-related pages are not functioning properly after enabling WPML. The top-left menu and the language switcher are not appearing on these pages, affecting user navigation and multilingual functionality.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? I’ve followed all installation and customization instructions provided by WPML, but the integration with Woomart seems to be causing compatibility issues.
Any insights or instructions on how to ensure proper integration of WPML with Woomart would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end to assist with troubleshooting.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.
Best regards,

mahihstu2017ParticipantNo. The problem is with the layout of the wocommerce page. I uploaded one product to test it. The product doesn’t appear on both the shop page and the single product page. I have acchated a image for your reference.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Judging by your screenshot, it’s a maintenance mode from WooCommerce. Navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Site visibility and turn it off here – https://prnt.sc/vCvKyiM5DjPf
