    Dear,

    Please check the attachemnt. I identified an issue on WPML side and they informed me that the issue is caused by a wrong configuration on Woodmart theme side.

    There is a link in the attachment’s initial request, where you’ll find video explanation in addition to the text description.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    How do you want to test this on Storefront? The issue refers to strings for the Woodmart Images gallery in WPML. There is no sens to make a test on Storefront in this case.
