WPML language switcher after menu

I lost the language switcher. With the theme’s old version I had a language switcher on the right of the menu. But after updating the theme and a lots of plugins it disappeared.
I’m using now Woodmart 5.0 and WordPress 5.4.2.

You need to configure a widget language/currency switcher.
1. Create a custom sidebar or sidebars in the Dashboard > Sidebar;
2. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add the currency switcher/language switcher to this sidebar(s).
3. Create HTML block, add the Widgetized sidebar, chose your custom sidebar from the drop-down list.
4. Add this HTML block to the Header builder by means of HTML Block built with WPBakery: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

Can you explain step 3? I don’t get it how to create a HTML Block and add the sideber into it.

Please find Dashboard > HTML blocks > enter and create one, you will see it is a WP Bakery page builder template. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
Open WP Bakery page builder chart and find the Widgetized sidebar element, open and chose your sidebar from the drop-down.
