WPML RLT Layout Issue

Hi,

I’ve just purchased WPML and installed it. However, I’m having issues with the RTL (Arabic) Layout, the header layout is messy (check attached – the categories menu is appearing in the top row), the categories menu becomes collapsible in the RTL version and same issue appears in the shop page fir instance, I feel like the Arabic version is not pointing to
the same page. Am I missing something?

Please provide your site admin access so that I could check the site your site is under maintenance and I do not see the problem.

Meanwhile, here are a few suggestions on header builder translation:

You will need to have different headers for each language.

In order to have headers in different languages, follow the steps below:

1. Create a separate header in the language you need.
2. Take your default Header ID http://prntscr.com/lwox9s
3. Navigate to WPML Strings Translation and insert into the search http://prntscr.com/lwoyco
4. Press “translation” to open fields and insert header ID which you created for each language accordingly http://prntscr.com/lwozhh

1. You need to translate all the pages which are included into Top bar menu and synchronize.

2. You need to recreate the slider with the RTL layout as WPML does not influence the layout at all.

I’m not talking about the slider or the page contents translations.

1) Did you notice the top in the header (top of the page in gold)? See attachments.

2) I’ve translated the home page as a test but it looks like the translation is pointing to another page. I need to know how this is working.

Your menu has a lot of items and there is no space enough for it. Try to reduce the number of items.

Well, I’ve another issue now and I thought it’s easier to re-post here so you can find all the login details.
1) The shop page appears blank for one language and appears correctly for the other language
2) The price filter slider is not appearing in the shop page although it’s added to the “Shop Page Widget Area”.

I’ve tried your suggestion, removed all the products and re-uploaded them.

The filter issue is now resolved, however the empty shop page in one of the language still there. can you please login to my website and tell me what’s wrong? Am I missing something?

You could create the translation incorrectly. Try to delete the translation and add again. Please refer the WMPL documentation.
