WPML translate management in not compatible with the theme ?

I m trying to duplicate all the products in my shop with wpml translation management .
But my question is .. my theme is compatible with WPML translate management ??
seems is not compatible because is not working .

I m sending the details of my site in the PM.

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with WPML plugin. Could you please try to switch to default WordPress theme and check is this a plugin issue or it happens only with our theme? If so, then provide us a detailed description of the problem and we will check it ourselves.
