Wrong thumbnail sizes on mobile are loaded

I have a problem with the loaded thumbnails on category pages on mobile devices. Somehow the size 600×600 is used instead of 150×150 wich makes my category pageload much heavier and too slow.
The image that is used is: woocommerce_thumbnail and somehow it uses the original full size image instead of the smaller generated thumbnail.

I will add a code explanation example with links in the private content part.

Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Product images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence their size.
