There are 2 ways to do that:

1. In case you are using Custom Single Product layout, you can go to Layouts > Layouts, edit Single Product layout and use Products (grid or carousel) widget > Style tab and increase number of columns https://prnt.sc/P-28nkD6eWBM

2. If you don’t use Custom Single Product layout then navigate to the Theme Settings > Single Product > Related & Upsells and scroll down to Layout area https://prnt.sc/na_Mc48pnaN6
