Hello,

Download the latest zip file for your theme from Themeforest account.
Go to Appearance > Themes.
Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
Click the “Upload Theme” button at the top of the page.
Select the zip file with the new theme version to install.
Click the “Install Now” button.

When you update your theme or anything on the site, make the full backup in any case as it is recommended in our instruction.

When you update the theme in the way described above all your settings will remain the same.

woodmart.zip is the parent main theme you need it anyway. woodmart-child.zip is a child theme it would not work without parent theme. You may need it if you want make any customizations.
