Zoom in animation and FIXED/paralax background image

When i turn on the ZOOM IN animation, the background behind the background image zooming in is WHITE instead of the BACK I specified in the STYLE tab, why is that?

Also how can I make a section background image FIXED or PARALAX?

It is difficult to share that as i have a create a staging site, arent you able to replicate the issue ?

You can add the background image to the section and set the position as fixed.
