uvaluxParticipantHello,
I am trying to setup the Shop filters widget like the demo ‘Sidebar Left’ but have been unsuccessful (https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/shop/?shopleft)
Also the Shop page tab is now taking a long time to load, after I noticed a duplicate Shop page and de-activated it. I think I activated a Shop page from another theme and now having issues. the original Shop page in the Basel theme I renamed to Shop3.
Please have a look?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
I cannot view your site now. I see just a white blank window. As soon as your site is workable, contact us.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area http://prntscr.com/mr135d
Now you have color attribute filter, now you need to add Product Category filter, Price filter and size filter you can find this widget on the left, just drag and drop to the area you need.
You can show your attributes as a list, now the color attribute is presented by a list, and you can show in line like size attribute is on the demo.
Best Regards

uvaluxParticipantOkay thank you. Regarding the Shop page taking a long time to load. We currently have no product images yet and it is very slow. It appears the Shop is set to display 12 products on a page but it is showing many more, could this be the issue? I have tried many options but it is still slow. Please advise thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
It may happen in case of too many plugins or low server speed. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

uvaluxParticipantHello again,
Under ‘shop’ theme options for ‘products pagination’ I see options for Pagination, load more button, and infinit scrolling. None of these options are being applied when I save changes. Do you have a fix for this?
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent theme if you are running the child one and provide your site login URL I cannot login and check.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Do not add any elements on the shop page. It is the functional page. Remove all the rows, keep it empty.

uvaluxParticipantHello,
It appears the formatting on the ‘shop > single product page’ looks off. I have ensured all plugins are up to date.
1) The product image is not appearing. Only when the zoom button is clicked it appears.
2) The Description/ Shipping & Delivery tabs do not look properly formatted.
3) The Related Product image box is too long and covers bottom footer.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have switched to the parent theme and deactivated all the plugins – https://gyazo.com/0196765d2ffa93eae3f39163cfa49861
Now do the same as I have activated all them again and activate one by one detecting which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
