Theme Settings is not working

    Hello we had an issue about file write permission and we solve that but theme settings file is broken. I delete the entire theme and install again but there is no change. How can I solve this problem.

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area. Make sure your theme is 3.8.1 version, if it is not, please update the theme and all the relevant plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    The current theme version is 4.0.4. Please try to update following these instructions https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you cannot update automatically, try to update via FTP, if you have any difficulty, make the full-back-up of your site and provide FTP access.
