Hi there, on my website bbqprofis.de there are no images in the shop, the main page or in blog page and the html-block is not in the right position. But, when i see the site in customizing-mode everything is correct and there are all images shown. All plugins are updated and the latest version of WP is installed. Cache is empty.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, then upload images to Media library and then add to the product, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area for checking.
