hello, is it possible to set a url with popup?
i want to display a popup for newsletter with clicking an url in the page footer, thanks!

You need to add class woodmart-open-newsletter to the link or to the menu item as shown here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/ and pop-up built in the theme will appear: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/promotional-pop-ups/
You can create HTML https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ and add Promo pop-up element and insert it in any page. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

sorry! maybe you guys misunderstood my meaning? or i connot understand whant you mean for i followed your tutorials but i found nothing related to my demands.
as attached screenshots, i hope a url or button put in the footer column 4 that is clicked to pop up with newsletter content .
include other plain urls in footer comlumn 4, such as below
