problem : API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

Which host do you use, please provide me admin panel and FTP access to the private area, I will install and I will see the errors occurred during the installation and then I will be able to suggest something.

Hello there,

Both issues are related to your hosting server. It can’t download any files from external sources. This should be investigated by your server’s support since it doesn’t happen with our theme only. It is not working with plugins installation as well. Also, you didn’t send us your admin access to check this ourselves.

I have talked again with hosting provider.
please if possible inbox me the IP from where my server is not responding.
He will fix firewall and hopefully it will be ok.
