    Hello, I just cannot update my theme using purchase code in activated theme?

    Can you help me out with the error “Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    I have tried to deactivate the theme and go to update and press on check again and then reactivated the theme with the purchase code and then gone to appearance and tried to update the theme once again but with the same error.

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    Follow the following steps:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

    I have earlier given you the access for WP and for FTP access what exactly do you need because i access the server using PuTTy on windows on my local host? I havent figured out the FTP access but if you can tell me i can find it out for you.

    I have tried to login to your website and was unable to login. Please provide with a restriction free URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly. And please take a complete backup of the website then tell me.

    Also i tried to upload the new slider rev plugin but it is again showing update.

    I have uploaded the latest version of WoodMart theme on your website.

    Please Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and Activate the theme.

    You can delete the old theme.

    Also some users when trying to add products to the cart through their mobile phone are unable to find the add to cart button after selecting the variations because it hides down when they tried to select the products variation example ‘ships from’: ‘No of pieces’ etc. Can you see how can we keep the button unhidden?

    Not it is giving me this error:

    You have activated your purchase code more than 3 times. You are allowed to do this for two domain only. Check all your activations on our website in your account section. You are able to deactivate some domains there.

    You need to go to your account on our website and remove all your old activations to be able to activate again.

    Yeah so that is done, i was able to reactivate the theme after removing old activations.
    Can you now help me with the add to cart issue thats viewed on the phone?
