It is very simple.

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Add a Category element https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

Then you can choose the Product category menu which is created in the Appearance > Menu. If you want to create mega-menu blocks, here is the instruction on how to do that: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
