It seems that you need to display different headers on different categories. Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have an option to specify different headers for particular categories. It may be possible with additional code customizations but we don’t have an instruction for this, sorry.
You may try to achieve a similar result using our shop page and the categories menu in the page title like our demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/
