Change dimensions promo popup

    I want to change the width size of my promo popup like the demo example, see the attached picture.

    Hello,

    You can set the width you need in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    I wont change the theme to check the problem. Because the popup is a woodmart feature. So I cant checked if that popup working.

    Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
